China Power Construction Group announced to award high quality products for year 2014 currently. The product, hardware for 1000kV Extra High Voltage Power Transmission Project produced by our factory, stood out from the crowd, winning the award that is rarely seen in equipment manufacturing factories. 

National power grid’s decision on building extra high voltage grid increases the market need. In response, our factory on basis of customers’ need has successfully designed and developed numbers hardware applied to 1000kV extra high voltage power transmission grids, including suspension clamp, spacer, grading ring and damper. In particular, due to substantial economic and social benefits, the “newly-designed cross board supported for 1000kV extra high voltage power transformation grid” is introduced in a book called General Design of Supportive hardware for 1000kV Grid Project that is compiled by National Power Grid, promoting for applying such product for all the constructions of 1000kV power transformation girds. 

The factory believes that advanced techniques are the building blocks for quality products. For the reason, the factory conducted many technical innovation projects, large in scale, in recent years. Annually, the budget for purchasing and renovating equipment reaches to RMB 5 million. We purchased cutting-edge equipment like digital-controlled flame cutting machines, casting machines of low voltage and 1000 tons, and screw press of 1600 tons, as well as built up many advanced production lines by introducing or developing the suspension clamp low voltage casting technology and heading technology, in order to improve production technology and quality. Our factory set up a specialized testing center to testify each product in terms of machatronics and material performances, giving a 100% quality guarantee.

The award not only demonstrated our factory’s technical power in field of hardware design for power grids, but also fortifying our leading role in the market. In the near future, Chinese government will plan and construct more 1000kV power transmission projects and the Hardware for 1000kV Extra High Voltage Power Transmission Project featuring excellent performance, high safety and economic value will play a more important role in the construction of high voltage power transmission line.
