Autumn is yet leaving and, with winter seemingly coming closer and closer. On December 19th, the first Chuanyu Area Games, keynoted as “Show Your Strength"Vigor”, mainly participated by young people by those on teams, were unveiled announced at the in Wenjiang Office Area of the Power Construction Corporation. Competitive sports included badminton, ping p-ong, and basketball. There are four competitive events for both badminton and ping- pong: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles and women’s doubles. The games attracted ten teams competing for the championship, and our factory deployed our own team consisting of eighteen young athletes for all the competition in every event.   

Audiences devoted a great zeal to the games, cheering loudly for their teams. The strength and pride of each athlete were perfectly unfolded during the games. They competed with opponents using their best techniques and wisdom and in their best physical condition. Each athlete’s each move made audiences hold their breath. Finally, our team player Qian Hua won the fourth place in ping- pong in women’s singles, and the team consisting of Wang Yana and Fu Bo achieved the fourth place in badminton women’s doubles. 

Our athletes presented a professional attitude for the games - friendship comes first before the games, and they worked together for the best results. Praises from judges and the audience encouraged as well as reminded us then to striving for more. Our young people should follow their athletic spirit and work in your position like winning a game, making a great contribution to our factory.
